Description:

Each coil is tested either using an underwater air sealing test or a hydraulic test, depending on the model.This equipment complies with directive 97/23/EC.

Range:

Several models and one range available on request.  

Dimensions ranging up to 2.5 × 12 m.

Use:

Circulates a fluid to warm or cool the air in commercial, industrial or healthcare facilities. May be ducted.

CRISTOPIA ENERGY STORAGE

Description:

CRISTOPIA STL (Storage of Latent heat) technology is widely used in Europe, Asia and North America. It consists of nodules used to store the cooling energy produced by water chillers.  

The energy is primarily stored at night-time, when cooling demand is lower, and redelivered during the day when greater cooling capacity is needed.  

Furthermore, due to the lower temperatures when energy is stored at night, the chillers operate more efficiently. Demand on the chillers is thus better balanced between day and night, which enables the use of smaller units.  

STL storage features a special control and supervision system, Cristo’Control2, which monitors the system’s performance.

ITEX GASKETED PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER

Description:

  • Stacked set of gasketed, stamped plates 
  • Plates compressed by bolts between fixed end and movable end 
  • Clipped on (plug-in) gaskets create flow channels between plates and prevent venting to the atmosphere 
  • Plates, gaskets and connections available in various materials 
  • Male threaded union, female threaded sleeve or flange

Use:

Gasketed plate heat exchanger transfers heat between two fluids. For use in residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare applications.

STANDARDISED COILS

Description:

  • Copper, steel, stainless steel, cupro-nickel tubes 
  • Aluminium, pre-coated aluminium, copper fins 
  • Galvanised steel frame 
  • Connections : tapped or threaded couplings, flanges or smooth tubes 
  • Complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)

Range:

  • BCV: Hot or cold liquid coils from the fan coil range 

Air flow rate from 200 to 5000 m3/h  

  • BSC: Hot or cold liquid coils air flow rate 1 000 to 80 000 m3/h 
  • BV: Vapour coils up to 15 bars

Range of Use:

Capacity: 2 to 900 kW

Use:

The coil heats or cools air by circulating a fluid inside the tubes (vapor liquid or refrigerant). The unit can either be ducted or incorporated into a box.
